For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the gym.... A great variety of fun classes lovely instructors and nice facilities. It's very clean and there are lots of little details like little baskets of hair ties, Toiletries like makeup remover and lotions etc which all make going to the gym more pleasant for ladies. It feels social and warm too, rather than macho and cold like alot of the other gyms I've been to.

I love this gym, I’ve been coming for some years and it’s a safe and free environment for women. Teachers are super nice, patient and friendly. Special thanks for the sweet ones who gave me classes and trainings: Ismay, Dee-Dee, Amber, Sehnaaz!

I love this all-female gym. If you book via Urban Sports you cannot use the e-gym, so you have to improvise a bit with the materials in the free gym area. During the day it was not busy, but I can imagine the space being tight when there are lots of people. Overall I like this gym!

I seriously love this gym! It’s really nice equipped, there is basically everything you need. Membership is kinda cheap, so another great thing haha. The lightening in the gym is nice and dark, providing intimate atmosphere :) + additional bonus SAUNA! so basically perfect place for your workout

This was honestly the best gym ive ever been too. Such a welcoming atmosphere, great variety of classes & special events and wonderful instructors. All the ammenities are well functioning and you have everything you need, even to do health checks which really puts your health & fitness at the center, personalized to you and your goals, never about beauty standards. I really felt part of the community there and will miss it very much!

I am absolutely loooving Zumba with Sol! She is a fantastic, electrifying goddess of a woman who never ceases to put everyone in the group at ease and make us all laugh ⚡️ I don't always pick up every step right away, but I have SO much fun in her classes and always leave with a huge boost of energy. The music, the fire, the energy Sol brings every single time make it a proper workout (today was leg day ayy ayyy ayyyy!) and honestly the only one I truly enjoy as someone who is not a natural… athlete 😄 AND there is twerking! It is hard not to leave with this glorious sense of camaraderie among all these women. I walk out smiling from ear to ear every time. A huge thank you to this wonderful human who really brightens my week. I am hooked! Superlieve meiden achter de receptie ook. Jullie zijn echt een buitengewoon warm onthaal elke keer ❤️ Zo fijn! Een sportschool waar ik daadwerkelijk met plezier blijf terugkomen 😊
